Trains from Delhi to Dehradun include the Nanda Devi Express (overnight), Mussoorie Express, and Dehradun Shatabdi (morning, fastest). The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport (DED) in Dehradun, with daily flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. From the airport, taxis to Mussoorie cost around ₹2000–₹2500 and take 2–2.5 hours. Driving from Chandigarh (200 km) via Paonta Sahib takes about 6 hours. From Jaipur, fly to Delhi or Dehradun first. From Lucknow, an overnight train or Volvo to Dehradun followed by road is the best route.
