I’ve been managing ground-level logistics at Travel Vaidya since 2016—handling everything from vehicle coordination and hotel confirmations to local driver support and daily plan tracking. I work behind the scenes to make sure every itinerary you book actually works in real time—across Uttarakhand’s changing weather, road conditions, and guest needs
Over the years, I’ve created:

• Tracking timing buffers for temple visits and transfers
• Coordinating hotel arrivals, meals, and early check-ins
