Kashmir Tour with Vaishno Devi Darshan

Pick up from Jammu Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Katra (50 Kms/1.5 Hours). Spend rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Katra.

Begin early for the 13-km trek from Katra to the sacred Vaishno Devi Shrine. Enjoy scenic views along the 5-6 hour journey, with options for ponies or battery vehicles. After seeking blessings at the shrine, return to Katra and relax at your hotel in the evening.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Pahalgam, renowned for its scenic beauty, cool climate, and meadows. En route, pass through the Chenani–Nashri Tunnel (India’s longest at 9.28 km). Enjoy views of the Lidder River and mountains along the way. Arrive in Pahalgam by evening for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, explore the places around Pahalgam like Betab Valey, Aru Valley and Chandanwari by hiring a local taxi as outside tourist vehicles are not allowed there. Proceed for Srinagar in the evening. En route, visit the famous Martand Temple near Anantnag town. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

After breakfast, visit the famous Shankryacharya Temple, Mughal Gardens viz; Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Chashma Shahi etc. and other famous tourist places like Pari Mahal, Botanical Garden, Nehru Park etc. Enjoy Shikara ride in Dal Lake. Have evening walk through Boulevard Road on the banks of Dal Lake. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

After breakfast, set out for a day trip to Sonmarg, famous for its alpine beauty and adventure activities. Explore Zojila Pass (Zero Point) and Thajiwas Glacier (pony rides available at own cost). Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay.

Start your day with a scenic drive to Gulmarg, known for its meadows and the famous “Gulmarg Gondola” cable car (world’s highest, at direct payment). After exploring Gulmarg’s attractions, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, bid farewell to Kashmir as you transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
