Last week I took support from Ravi of Travel Vaidya for our family's trip to Kedarnath and Haridwar. That was the same days when the landslide started at Kedarnath. Ravi was our Single point of contact for all the support throughout the trip (unlike a previous tour operator where I had to talk to a dozen people on a daily basis for hotels, cabs, payment, etc. etc.). Due to landslide, our plan was changing by the minute and Ravi professionally provided real time support and was accessible over phone call all thru. He was even very flexible and provided us backup options immediately when there was a minor hiccup with the car breakdown so we dont lose time. Our Do Dham Yatra of Kedarnath and Badrinath was well arranged and planned according to our timing and requirements . The super tough terrain driving was well handled by our Driver , Happy, 😊 , managed the entire 6 days driving happily. Had an absolutely amazing and memorable trip! The entire journey was very well organised and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The hotels were comfortable and extremely hospitable, the food was excellent, and the driver was professional, kind and very helpful throughout the journey. The warmth and hospitality we experienced everywhere made the trip even more special. The Chardham is not for the weak. But if you need a team who could make it as comfortable as possible to you, then Travel Vaidya is that team for you. From the registration to the end of the journey, it's great support that they offer. Ravi was my travel consultant from the beginning and he supported me the entire way of the journey, for almost 6 months from the day I contacted him and booked my travel to the end of the 12 days of my journey.

Kamal was my driver. The way Krishna led Partha, he guided me, and supported me the entire 12 days of my journey. Such a nice person and excellent driver he is....

Perfect Yamunotri-Gangotri Trip with Elderly Parents*

We booked our Yamunotri-Gangotri yatra with Travel Vaidya Agency and it was absolutely flawless. Traveling with elderly parents in the hills is always stressful, but their arrangements made everything seamless.

*Planning:* The itinerary was perfectly planned keeping my parents' age in mind. Proper rest days, pre-booked palki/pony arrangements, and no last-minute rush.

*Stay:* Hotels were clean, comfortable, and senior-friendly. Hot water, cozy beds, and easy accessibility. Getting such quality in the mountains is rare.

*Food:* Simple, homely, and hygienic vegetarian food. My parents had zero digestion issues throughout the trip - that itself is a huge win.

*Driver:* The biggest highlight. Our driver was not just professional but extremely caring and homely. He drove slowly, was patient with my parents, stopped whenever needed, and treated us like family. Felt like traveling with a family member.

Good experience right from booking the chardham yatra to every step guidance, flexible payment modes and extremely helpful Mr. Ravikant.
The hotels arranged were good but some did have their own local issue based hiccups which is not much under anyone's control. Breakfast and dinner arranged by all these hotels were excellent.
Lastly, the driver for our trip was thoroughly professional with good knowledge of local intricacies which helped us in multiple situations.

I arranged a trip to Yamunotri Gangotri and Mussoorie through them. They organised the hotels and transportation.  I was quite happy with their approach and professionalism.  The hotels suggested and booked by them were quite good and the car provided was also as promised. They were quick to respond to my queries before the start of the trip and also kept in touch with the Driver throughout the trip to monitor the movement. Our family had a very good experience with Travel Vaidya, thanks to Akshay for understanding our requirements and planning our do dham trip seamlessly. We got a well maintained car with a wonderful driver Pankaj, who also gave us lots of information regarding the places and its history. We stayed at beautiful properties with great views of the Himalayas and the rivers. Everything was taken care and we didn't have to intervene for anything. The food was also very tasty.
