By Road: Well-connected by motorable roads, Chopta can be reached from major cities like Rishikesh (approximately 162 km) and Haridwar. Buses and taxis are available from these cities to Chopta.
By Train: The nearest railway station is Rishikesh, about 202 km from Chopta. From Rishikesh, one can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Chopta.
By Air: The closest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, situated around 221 km from Chopta. Taxis and buses can be hired from the airport to reach Chopta.
