I work behind the scenes to make sure every itinerary you book actually works in real time—across Uttarakhand’s changing weather, road conditions, and guest needs.
My Role Covers:
• Assigning the right vehicle and driver for every route
• Tracking timing buffers for temple visits and transfers
• Coordinating hotel arrivals, meals, and early check-ins
• Ensuring backup plans are ready when the hills surprise us
